Future K9 Care

My dogs are like my two little best friends, they mean the world to me and I wouldn’t trust them to anyone short of amazing. Josette & team are friendly, informative and always take the time to listen and share. Josette (and team) send you videos of your little besties playing with their other friends, the facility is homey, clean and efficient. I have zero concerns when leaving them in future k9’s care. This is the most wonderful, safe, and caring place to trust with your dog. I am so blessed every week that my girl Copper goes to a daycare with a team of very strong trainers and very loving pet parents. I appreciate that they want to meet dogs before they are allowed to come weekly, that was important for me for my girl. Josette, Hannah, Karen, Keysha, and Melissa are the most wonderful, kind, and helpful trainers, yet very demanding with the dogs in the best way possible. My girl has gone from very anxious to very happy and social ready to come back each week. They are very busy with training each and every dog at daycare by giving them physical and mental stimulation each day, so yes they are busy, but people that work with dogs and train their own dogs understand and appreciate that. Thank you!

I soooooo wanted to send my 2 yr old dog here for daycare/ training services. With outstanding reviews and an amazing informative website, I thought this would be a great fit for my girl! She has had training in the past, more or less just has a few bad habits to break (jumping primarily). I myself work in the animal industry and understand the importance of implementing a deposit at your business. It’s an extremely respectable business practice, in my personal opinion. My biggest complaint concerning their implementation of a deposit is that they require a $90 deposit just to meet you and your pet. That seems like a rather crazy amount on a customer standpoint, especially when only providing only one day/time in the week that works for a consultation. Response time was also pretty slow which made me rather nervous about getting updates on my pet during her visit. Unfortunately have decided against this place.

I’ve been boarding my dog with future for about a year and I’ve never felt more content leaving him somewhere. They keep you very much in the loop as to what’s going on with photos and videos and have always answered any questions I’ve asked very promptly. I’m SO grateful to have Josette and her staff for giving me the ability to leave my dog with a peace of mind knowing he’s safe, happy and comfortable.
