Furst Steps is here to teach and guide puppies & pet owners through the tough stages of puppyhood by providing services and a helping hand regarding proper nutrition, chews/treats, toys, training, socialization, and more.
Our training programs are science-based, positive focused and taught by a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA). Socialization is so much more than just meeting new people and other dogs and we want to help show you why it makes a difference. We incorporate your puppy’s five senses into our program before, during and after their Critical Socialization Period to help ensure they will be well-socialized & well-rounded dogs. We are here to give your puppy positive, enriching, and exciting experiences.

I love Furst Steps!! My rescue had been having some issues with transitioning into our home. A friend of mine recommended I check out Furst Steps. Alex (the owner/trainer) and Jay are amazing! Both of them are really friendly and kind and so wonderful with the pups. Frankly, the other puppies are super sweet too. The facility is immaculately clean, super safe and bright and cheerful. The play areas inside and outside are well thought out with plenty of activities to help the dogs interact and socialize. I think the bundled programs are very affordable and in my opinion well worth it! My Luna really loves her time there and I can already see a difference in her! I HIGHLY recommend checking them out if you are in need of puppy training.

I don’t think the average family could afford this program for their pets… i wish it worked out for us because i think it wouldve been great for our puppy

My adopted puppy Frankie needed some help with confidence building and it wasn’t something I felt capable of doing myself. I was so happy to find this program where he can be exposed to new things, by a professional, in a safe and fun environment. He’s in his second week and I’m already seeing a positive change. The cost is very reasonable for full day sessions.
