Amanda has been an amazing support during the first few months of our puppy journey. Every session he shows improvement immediately, and if we have follow up questions she responds to emails right away. She is also very flexible with availability. Amanda is very knowledgeable about phases of puppy-hood and has helped us understand our puppy’s behavior, how to correct it when needed, and what to expect in the future. She is gentle and calm with our puppy and teaches us how to stay that way too when working with him.

I brought home my first puppy in May and I had read reviews about Amanda & FurryTales on a Facebook group I belong to. In my initial conversation with Amanda, I knew I wanted her to work with my puppy, Louie. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. We started training sessions when Louie was 10 weeks old and it was the best decision I made. Amanda was so helpful with training and tailored sessions based on what Louie needed to work on most. I then started using FurryTales' dogwalking services and Louie truly looks forward to his walks with Johan each week! I also boarded Louie for a week with Amanda and her husband Daniele at the beginning of August when I went on vacation. I knew he'd be in good hands but to say he had the time of his life is an understatement. They treat Louie like family and love him just as much as I do. I trust Amanda and the full FurryTales team with all of Louie's needs (training, boarding, walking, daycare) and cannot recommend them enough. You won't be disappointed!!

Frankie was incredibly shy around humans - Amanda, Terreca and the team have been amazing at working with her (and Me), helping her gain her confidence and come out of her shell. She is so much more playful with other people now and loves her walks / day care dates with the team. And she's a happy smiley customer when she's boarding. The team has been such a blessing for me, they take great care of Frankie and I can relax when I'm busy knowing she's in great hands. Highly recommend Amanda for any training needs - she's thoughtful, listens, and really pays attention to the puppy to develop a plan. Can't say enough good things!

I can't say enough good things about Amanda and FurryTales. As first time puppy parents, we were looking for guidance on how to set up our new rescue puppy for success. Amanda has been absolutely amazing with our Phoebe, but even more importantly, she's given us the tools we need to properly train our very active little girl. We have also boarded Phoebe with Amanda and her husband, and will be again soon. They took excellent care of her, and were wonderful about keeping us updated throughout her stay, not to mention Phoebe LOVED her time with them.
