FurEver Home Dog Training helps dogs, puppies and rescues overcome behavior challenges through calm leadership, connection, and understanding. Created by professional dog trainer Jodi Little, The CALM DOG Connection teaches owners how to build trust, reduce stress, and create lasting behavior change without relying on correction-based methods. We help with separation anxiety, leash pulling, excessive barking, jumping, destructive behaviors, reactivity and aggression-related behaviors, fear, resource guarding, rescue dog and puppy mill transitions, potty training, and more. Local private lessons are available in Fort Collins, Colorado, and virtual training is available nationwide. Our mission is helping more dogs stay in their FurEver Homes.

Our dog has been showing concerning guarding behavior. Bless her heart, Jodi spent over an hour walking us through an emergency situation with our dog. Afterwards, we scheduled an in-person session with FurEver and Jodi helped us understand our dog’s behavior and various ways to calm him down. We now have a plan to address our dog’s behavior and we’re excited to learn more in our follow up session.

Jodi has been wonderful in teaching my son and I had to manage our Eddie's fears and insecurities! We went from Eddie not want to go near my son or allow him to put him outside to now Eddie is sitting on the couch with his head in Justin's lap. Also, in one day we managed to go from a so-so walker on a leash to a champ!
She is very kind, insightful and had Eddie's best interests at heart!!

Amazing how much improvement in dog's behavior in such a short time. Jodi really understands dogs and how to translate that into knowledge that I can use to help train my dog. She defiantly is the "Dog whisper"

My foster dog has SEVERE leash reactivity.. at over 100lbs, neither of us were enjoying our walks. Jodi spent two hours with us, ascertaining the underlying issues, teaching me how to handle him around dogs, desensitize him to triggers, etc.. we even went on a walk with another giant breed! Her training style is effective and efficient and she really understands these dogs. Will definitely be coming back.
