There is no other soul I trust more with caring for my beloveds than Bill. He has shown up for all of us in the good and difficult moments in life without hesitation and devoted himself to supporting the greatest and highest good of all. Bill has done everything from walk, train and care for our cat and puppadooz. He treats each being like a member of his pack/family and we are all blessed to have spent time with him. After the birth of my daughter, my epileptic pup was having trouble adjusting and exhibited a high prey drive. We were beside ourselves. We had lived to Charleston, SC and in my heart I knew he was the right person to call. He held a session with us over the phone and provided guidance, wisdom, knowledge, support and even held space for me in my postpartum experience. Our pup is now living his best life again and the baby is safe. Everyone is living together in harmony. I am a cat person and my wife is a dog person. As soon as we had the house and the space we got a dog. Grace was a little younger than what we were looking for so she still had a lot of puppy in her. Having no real experience with having a dog we found Bill and he trained us both. Grace was a lump of clay ready to be molded but I wasn’t as easy. What I appreciated the most about Bill, besides how well Grace responded to him was the way he would watch me and how I interacted with Grace. He taught me how to be patient with her and build our bond so that she wanted to follow the commands not just comply with them. I appreciated that our time was measured in progress and not in hours and he wasn’t finished until Grace demonstrated true mastery of the skills.

From the first day I met Bill I knew he was something special. My dog, Mama knew it too! She loved him and so did I. He would sit on the floor with her and teach her something and she couldn’t wait to show him back. He would explain to me all the reasoning behind each command he taught. He gave me things to do between each session to keep my dogs mind active. If I had a particular problem he would address it and tell me where to get more information to help me. I consider myself very lucky to have found Bill and hope to see him again in the spring.

We were a brand-new, first-time dog family—the kind that thought “How hard can a puppy be?” (Spoiler alert: very hard 😅). About five months into puppy parenthood, after realizing love alone does not equal training, we called Bill for help with learning how to properly train, support, and—most importantly—keep our dog safe. From the very first phone call, we felt an instant connection and knew Bill was the right fit. He was incredibly responsive, super knowledgeable, and made us feel capable instead of overwhelmed. Bill is genuine, patient, calm, and always has the dog’s best interest at heart—not just what’s easiest for the humans. What really sets him apart is how he explains dog psychology. He didn’t just tell us what to do—he helped us understand why our dog behaves the way he does, how dogs communicate, and how to read body language. Suddenly, our dog made a lot more sense. Our dog absolutely adores Bill, and Bill was fantastic about involving our entire family in the process so everyone was on the same page. If you’re new to dogs, overwhelmed by puppies, or just want someone who truly cares about both you and your dog, we cannot recommend Bill highly enough. He’s a game-changer. 🐾
