Read her contracts! She took multiple people to court for $1000 plus over services never rendered. If you plan on using training or boarding and do not use her services she will SUE YOU even if she didn't even do it. This is not morally ok, if I completed or used all the services then YES I would owe money. Sad a local business would do this!
Vanessa and Kristin are amazing trainers. They are 3rd generation dog trainers, and you cannot go wrong with hiring them. They love the dogs, and are really great at explaining to clients how to continue working with their dogs. Love them!
No response after multiple calls and voice messages. Does not seem reliable. looking elsewhere for training.
