First to correct your statement, you actually paid $500 for our 5 week training course and was given a free 6th class after you contacted me after week 3 which I attended to your problem quickly, within an hour on the same day to be exact. You proceeded to let me know you didn't think training was going great and during this conversation I explained to you that its important for you to attend the classes yourself when we come so we could address your specific problems. I informed you that Id be happy to include an additional free class which I did, as long as you would attend the final 3 lessons along with your daughter and wife, because you hadn't attended any of the classes yourself at this point.<br><br>Fast forward 3 weeks after your 6 classes are finished, you contact me again with a similar complaint. My first thought is the obvious, you still hadn't attended any of the remaining classes yourself until the final class and even then, had sat in only about 10 to 15 minutes. Out of the 6 to 7 hours we were in your home training during the 6 week period, where you personally attended 10 to 15 minutes on the final lesson, then contacted me again apparently expecting even more free lessons for you to not attend. Once I declined that option and instead offered additional classes at a discount or the option to continue your training in the included free ongoing group classes, you decided to threaten me with lawsuits and bad online reviews.<br><br>Had you attended the last 3 classes as I requested or even 1 full class to show your trying, then I would have been a lot more willing to give you what you wanted, but I can not in good conscious charge your neighbor for something Im giving you for free. No business can stay a business giving out a bunch of free services.<br><br>The terms of our signed agreement specifies the importance of daily practice by the owners to ensure the best results, especially when a bare minimum course is choose. We offered the option up front to your wife and daughter to purchase 5, 10, 15 or 20 visits and they chose the 5 class course even though I encouraged them with a recommendation to pick the 10 class option due to the above average amount of behavior problems that needed to be fixed.<br><br>I tell everyone that each option works great as long as you work the program the way it was designed.
