100% recommend. When we showed up for our first session with Mike with our wild child, sweet shepherd, it was with a lot of defeat, despair, and skepticism. I dreaded walking her everyday and our home life was constant stress. Mike listened with compassion and without judgment, made no unrealistic promises, and proposed a plan. Mike didn’t “work miracles”: he worked with us. He considered each situation thoughtfully, taking the time to get to know Kira and finding the best approaches for her. He offered options and provided the information we needed to weigh different ideas - we ended up trying new things that were game changers. He also taught us how to practice what we learned when we were on our own. Throughout each lesson and check-in, Mike was supportive and encouraging. His love for dogs and for what he does is obvious, as is his genuine happiness in his clients’ successes. Mike directly changed our lives for the better. With his help, we now have a family and quality of life that we wouldn’t have had otherwise, and we are so grateful!

Working with Mike at Full Service K9 has been nothing but positive. Each session was tailored to address Cole’s unique loving, overly excited personality we wanted to focus on and to build on his strengths. They helped him love training and he truly got excited each morning to go to “school”! Their patience, knowledge, and positive reinforcement techniques made a world of difference. Cole responded so well to their methods and, over time, we saw incredible improvements in his overall obedience.
