Full Send K9 Training

I cannot say enough great things about Chris at Full Send K9. Our 2½-year-old yellow Lab, Luna, completed the six-week board-and-train program and came home a completely different dog. Before finding Chris, we tried other trainers and a well-known dog-training company without getting the results Luna needed. She had extreme anxiety around trucks and other loud noises and required medication to help keep her calm. Luna now listens to commands, walks beautifully, relaxes with us during TV time at night, and can go almost anywhere while remaining calm and well-behaved. Her behavior and discipline are so impressive that she carries herself almost like a service dog. Chris transformed Luna’s behavior and our lives. We will always be grateful for everything he did for Luna and our family. I highly recommend Chris and Full Send K9!

Today was the day Reef was coming home. For the past nine weeks, our home has been quieter and lonelier than we ever imagined. We missed him every single day. There were countless moments when we wished he was here with us, and yet, despite how difficult those nine weeks were, we would make the exact same decision again without hesitation. Why? Because of Chris, his family, and the extraordinary commitment they made—not just to Reef, but to our entire family. And that’s me saying this after only a few short hours of having Reef back home. He gave Reef structure. He gave him confidence. He gave him balance. He gave him the foundation that will impact the rest of his life. And he gave our family something equally valuable: peace of mind, confidence, and the knowledge necessary to continue building on everything he started. What makes Chris exceptional isn’t simply his knowledge, experience, or results. It’s that this was never just a job. Chris welcomed Reef into his family and cared for him as if he were his own. When you really think about it, Chris and his family spent more time with Reef over the last nine weeks than we have since the day he was born and came home with us. That realization is incredibly humbling. Today, before Reef left, I heard Chris tell him several times, “I’m going to miss you, Reef.” That moment has stayed with me all day. Those words carried a weight that only comes from genuine love, investment, and connection. They reminded me that while we were counting the days until Reef came home, Chris and his family were preparing to say goodbye to a dog they had poured their hearts into every single day. As emotional as it was for us to be reunited with Reef, there was another side to that story—a family that loved him enough to miss him when he left. That level of trust, care, and commitment is something we do not take lightly. And it is something we will never forget. From day one, Chris kept us informed. He shared the victories, the setbacks, the challenges, and the breakthroughs. Week after week, he remained patient, focused, and completely committed to Reef’s success. He worked through obstacles that most people would never see, always keeping Reef’s long-term development at the center of everything he did. We are seeing the product of a professional who refused to settle for “good enough” and a family who embraced Reef as one of their own. Chris has given Reef an incredible foundation. But he has also given our family a gift that will continue paying dividends for years to come. He made sure we understood that success moving forward isn’t just about Reef—it’s about us. It’s about the responsibility we carry as his family and caretakers. He prepared us for that responsibility and equipped us with the tools and confidence necessary to succeed. For that, we are profoundly grateful. We are excited for what comes next. We look forward to continuing to work with Chris, building upon everything he has started, and sharing Reef’s progress in the weeks, months, and years ahead. And if anyone ever asks why Reef is so balanced, so structured, so confident, and so well-behaved, we will proudly tell them about Chris. In truth, after only a few hours back home, we’re already doing exactly that. Some people train dogs. Chris changes lives. That is a rare gift. And for that, our family will always be grateful, always be appreciative, and always hold a special place in our hearts for Chris and his family.

I have never had any of my dogs professionally trained before. I was nervous about it as well, and then we met Chris our trainer. He is amazing. Maximus loved him. Maximus was only 4 months old and weighing 50lbs. Chris kept as up to date sending videos of him on a weekly basis to see how he was doing. After 8 weeks of training we finally got to see how Maximus had grown and learned all his skills. Chris again is an amazing trainer. And we are looking forward to more training for Maximus. Thank you again Chris for your dedication, knowledge, love, and respect for animals.

Chris at Full Send K9 Training is the real deal. We’ve got two crazy German Shepherds that used to drag us down the street and lose their minds around anything that moved. After his obedience program they’re totally different dogs: loose-leash walking, rock-solid recalls, and we can actually take them out in public without stressing. They listen the first time, every time. Chris is straightforward, knows his stuff, and actually teaches YOU how to keep it up at home. Best money we’ve ever spent on the dogs. If you’ve got a shepherd (or any strong dog), just call him. You’ll thank yourself later.

From the moment I dropped Diesel off for his 6 week training…Chris made me feel at ease with all my fears….every week I was updated through text or video of Diesel with his progress and anytime I missed him id text Chris just asking how he was doing and he always responded…. I really appreciated the constant communication we had throughout the 6 week training….Diesel came home sharper more confident and obedient…. I would recommend anyone leaving there dog for training with Fullsend k9 …he is worthy of trust and respect
