I honestly can’t say enough good things about Michael. To give you context, we got a tiny but difficult cockapoo puppy earlier this year. Because my youngest feared dogs and was mostly trying to avoid the pup, he began chasing her and constantly barking very time she moved. This was so hard to watch, clearly unacceptable and we really didn’t have the skills to remedy the situation ourselves. We tried two other trainers who used the treat-based method only, and this clearly was making things worse in our situation despite our efforts. As my wife says our little pup was literally “three paws out the door” when I got desperate and found Michael. I could feel his confidence and desire to help on the phone and we hired him immediately. Because our situation was desperate, Michael even took our pup to his house to do a day of training to get him started. Literally in one day we had a 50 % improvement and a concrete plan on how to change things. After our first in home training our pup began understanding his place in our house and almost completely stopped the behavior. Within 2-3 weeks that issue was resolved. Michael taught us to communicate with our dog in a way the he understands. It is loving and compassionate just like Michael is himself. His methods are wide and varied, not a one size fits all solution. We love working with him and I would give him 6 starts if I could. Thank you Michael

Michael was so easy to work with and worked wonders on our dog. Our young puppy had dog aggression issues that made it incredibly difficult and stressful for us to take her anywhere with other dogs. With Michael’s guidance and training, we now have a “normal” dog with no aggression and we feel like normal dog owners, something we never thought would happen. Michael was so easy to communicate with anytime we had questions. We cannot thank him enough!!
