Fresh Canine Training Academy

We just finished the teenage life skills day training with our 6 month old hound-lab mix puppy. We cannot say enough great things! We came to Fresh Canine with a wild pup who was also somewhat fearful of strangers and other dogs. We were at a loss on how to train and handle him. They worked on issues specific to him as well as general training. We have learned so much from Charlotte and her wonderful team. Our little guy was able to get safe socialization along with training while there. The trainers were reassuring, confident, and happy to discuss any behavior concerns (and the solutions). What they teach works, but more importantly they helped US understand how to help our pup be the best possible. I leaned that a lot of what I thought was correct when trying to handle my dog, often wasn’t the best/most effective solution. Charlotte was kind and helpful in teaching me better actions/responses to get better results from him. So thankful for this wonderful place. We look forward to continuing on with Fresh Canine.

Our Great Dane, Cash has been enrolled in classes at Fresh Canine since 10 weeks old. He has successfully completed the Puppy Explorer and Teenage Life Skills Day Trains- he has also completed his first Continuing Education Day Train and we plan to continue on a regular basis. We cannot say enough positive things about Fresh Canine and their staff- they have instilled such a strong foundation for Cash to thrive in basic obedience, leash walking (so important for his size!!), de-sensitizing nail clippings and general socialization. Cash loves his time spent at “school” and we too are so thankful to have such an amazing team working with him!!

We have been sending Hank to Fresh Canine since he was 12 weeks old. Now at 7 months, he has completed the Puppy Explorer and Teenage Life Skills Day Trains - He now goes regularly to the Continuing Education Day Trains. Fresh Canine has built a foundation of great training that has been invaluable while raising a new puppy - between basic obedience, dog socialization, and leash training, we look forward to continuing to build on the great training we’ve received. The investment in Fresh Canine training is absolutely worth it and the entire staff is incredible to work with.
