Ryan Troester is not just the BEST trainer, he has compassion and really cares about the dogs and what is best for them. He takes the time to communicate with me as the owner and what I expect from my dog to make it all come together. Thank you so much for making my household run like a well oiled machine with my pups. Ryan was recommended to me by the lady (Cindee) who owns the boarding place where I take my dog Neo. Neo loves him! Ryan talked to me and walked me through what he will be doing for Neo. I felt an instant rapport with his training style and felt very confident about it. He’s the GOAT! I highly recommend him 👍👍👏👏

I was not impressed at all by our initial consultation. Personally, I am not open to the use of prong collars or e-collars, but their website indicated that they "only used them in the right circumstances on the right dogs," so I was still willing to give them a shot. I'd seen such wonderful reviews otherwise and I was really hopeful that we could work together to establish a good plan for our dog to build up her confidence. However, when our consultation started, the trainer immediately tried to talk us out of taking our dog off of her vet prescribed medication. I felt that the trainer was crossing a line by trying to convince me to go against my animal's medical advice. She also immediately suggested that we use a prong collar despite never having met my dog. This does not say "only the right dogs" to me. The consultation was NOT a cooperative discussion in which we talked about goals, where she's at, what we've tried, and how to move forward. It was an hour-long sales pitch. Highly disappointed.
