Frequency Canine Dog Training

We can’t recommend Frequency Training and Ryan enough!! We completed their program back in 2020 with our first dog. He used to run away if he got loose from the house - and it terrified us. FT helped us through the training and it truly changed our lives. After the program, we felt so confident we got a second dog! This introduced some new behavior challenges over the last few years having two pups. We’ve been working with Ryan to address some leash reactivity and bad manners with the front door. After just a few sessions, we’ve already seen immediate improvement. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for high-quality dog training. Ryan is professional and extremely knowledgeable. It’s the most worthwhile investment for any dog owner and so rewarding!!

I do not even know where to start! Ryan, Luisa, and Bubs were AMAZING!!! I reached out to Frequency Canine out of desperation when I was totally lost on how to help my almost 2-year-old Goldendoodle, Nitro, after he showed unexpected aggression toward another dog in our house. He also had separation anxiety and completely ran the house; several bad habits that started slowly and escalated quickly. I spoke to Angela first to get scheduled for an evaluation and she was a total angel! She was so comforting/reassuring that they would be able to help my situation. I met Ryan for the first visit and he was very professional and made a plan of attack to train me and Nitro; emphasis on me. I was amazed on how much I was unintentionally reinforcing Nitro’s bratty behaviors and completely leading him in the wrong direction. After just a couple of sessions at our house with Ryan’s amazing dog whisperer skills Nitro was already transforming into a whole different dog, actually showing signs of obedience. Ryan truly is one of a kind with the level of knowledge/skills he has to offer about dog training/psychology, it is impressive. Luisa then joined Nitro’s training journey and they both continued to develop us and offer so much knowledge as we started to take Nitro out in public places on/off leash. She was also awesome-so patient with also so much knowledge to offer! They both very extremely flexible with the entire training plan. My relationship with Nitro is now so much better at home and in public. If you want a dog that is great with loose leash walking, obedience, and recall this duo (trio when the special guest trainer, Bubs, joins) will set you and your dog up for success! Nitro can now be around the dog he previously attacked without any issues now that he has structure and boundaries have been set. I truly do not think there are dog trainers anywhere close to the caliber that Ryan and Luisa are in the entire state!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Frequency Canine Training, that exceeded all of my expectations. The trainer, April, has an extensive background in military training for K-9s, and it truly showed in her expertise and approach. Myself and Mr Wilson looked forward to every training session! April took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. She showed me training techniques and exercises that I never would have known on my own. Her experience in military training for K-9s brought a unique perspective to our sessions, and I was able to see the difference in the quality of her training compared to other trainers I have worked with in the past. One of the things that stood out to me the most was April's availability. She was always willing to answer any questions I had, and she made herself available any day, any time.
