We adopted a four year old beagle that had never been trained and was beginning to show signs of resource guarding and food aggression. With a toddler in the house, we knew we needed immediate, professional help. We turned to Alyssa and the team at Freedom K9 Dog Training because the reviews were so outstanding. For the past 10 weeks we have been driving from Concord to Hudson for Saturday training. The long drive is worth it! My dog has now learned to walk very politely with his focus on us, when previous to training he would lunge at other dogs, pull on the leash and howl. He now sits quietly in his dog bed while my granddaughter eats her meals and doesn’t get up until he’s told. He knows basic commands. He still has his happy, affectionate personality but is much more calm and confident in us to lead him. I’m so grateful for Freedom K9 Academy. Family is shocked at the change in Rex when they come over to our home. The training has been such a game changer! I recommend their training to everyone!
