I had a very uncomfortable experience with this trainer and would not return. During our very first introductory lesson, my dog was forced into a sit using a prong collar with an amount of force that I felt was excessive. At one point, his front legs were lifted off the ground from the pressure being applied. What concerned me even more was that the trainer did not seem confident in how to handle my dog when he was not responding to the training style being used, and another trainer had to be called over to assist. My dog became visibly fearful of the trainer, which was especially upsetting because he has never shown fear toward a person before. The overall experience left me feeling very uneasy about the methods being used and I chose not to continue.

I cannot say enough incredible things about these trainers. I brought my 12-year-old pit bull to them after she developed aggression toward other dogs following a traumatic attack by two labs. I was honestly nervous that at her age, this might just be something we’d have to manage forever. What they were able to do feels nothing short of amazing. Not only did they take the time to truly understand her history and temperament, but they worked with her in a way that was patient, structured, and clearly rooted in real expertise. Throughout her 30-day stay, they kept me consistently updated with messages, pictures, and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind and let me actually see her progress happening in real time. The transformation has been unbelievable—my dog is now calmly around other dogs, listening, engaged, and genuinely thriving in situations that used to overwhelm her. Seeing her relaxed and social again has been such a relief. It feels like I got my dog back. If you’re on the fence, especially with an older dog or behavioral issues that feel “too far gone,” don’t be. This trainer changed our lives, and I’m beyond grateful for the care, communication, and results they delivered.

I was coached to say “They are not drug dealers”. Just kidding. Just a little jokey joke. But that’s legitimately how down to earth and awesome Brandon and Brandy are. They are all around wonderful people. They not only care about your dogs, but they care about you and your family. They treat your fur baby as one of their own and their kindness is unmatched. They listen and offer support without judgement. All of their staff are wonderful as well. They welcomed us and our feral girls with open arms. We were struggling so much with our one year olds. Our girls were a mess on their leashes, reactive and wild. Within 5-10 minutes of meeting them, Brandon had them walking calmly on their leashes. We have a really long way to go, but our girls can, for the first time in their lives, go for walks. They have missed so much of their outside world because we could not gain any control over them. We seriously can’t begin to put into words just how much of an impact they have made in our lives already in the short few weeks we have been going to them. They are even helping to train our kids 🙃 I’m kidding.. Mostly 🤪🤪.. Our girls are also going to them for daycare and it’s a fight to keep them in the car long enough to get them leashed. They play their little hearts out all day, which is something we’ve wanted for them for a long time and then they come home relaxed and sleepy.
