Tony has been boarding my 2 labs since he opened and I will never go anywhere else! I can't say his name in my house unless we are leaving right then to go or the dog's will drive me crazy whining and barking to go to Tony's. He works with them every day that he has them, teaching them new things all the time. And a bonus is they ALWAYS come home a little skinnier than when I took them!!!! I would recommend Fowl Water Retrievers to everyone I know - there is no one better!
Tony takes great pride in his work and his ability to train dogs and care for them. Great facility with lots of acres for them to stretch their legs.

Tony has been boarding our German Shepard, Bear, throughout the past 2 years and there's nobody else I'd trust with my dog. It's wonderful to send Bear to a boarder that knows dog behavior and training more than other kennels and boarders. Most importantly, Bear always comes home happy, healthy, and tired from playing! If there have been times Bear has more needs (meds, etc.) and Tony and the guys have always been respectful, attentive and caring to Bear and ask for clarification when needed. They are extraordinarily accessible and personable, making this process stress-free. This is the most trusting and caring boarder I have taken my dog to in the Des Moines area. I won't go to anyone else since we've found FWR.
I took my 10 month old lab to them for basic obedience and hold conditioning. They had my dog doing things I never would have imagined and are always there for me when I have questions. Top notch, clean facility. It had me sold when I drove up and the owners 4 year old little boy was walking dogs 😍
