Found Chicago Boarding & Training Center

Our dog absolutely adores attending Daycare 2.0 at Found. Most mornings, we find her eagerly sitting on her place board by the back door, ready to go. The staff are incredible and clearly care for her just as much as we do. She completed the Pupstart+ program, and it’s great to see her training consistently reinforced during daycare. We love receiving daily report cards with highlights from her day. She stays active with nature walks and swimming, and the group play sessions are thoughtfully organized based on careful assessments. Here is a photo captured by one of her trainers that captures how at home she feels. We highly recommend Found Boarding and Training Center. Update (07/11/26): Found Boarding and Training Center is truly our dog’s home away from home! She just wrapped up a 10-day stay and was absolutely showered with love and attention. Her days were packed with swimming, outdoor walks, playing with her furry friends, agility courses, and endless cuddles. We also love the peace of mind we get from their daily report cards, seeing photos and videos of her adventures always makes our day. Highly recommend.

I'm writing this review based on the Daycare 2.0 program. My dog, Onyx, has been attending Found through the Pupstart Program since he was 8 weeks old. Pupstart was fantastic - 10 out of 10. For that reason, we have continued sending Onyx (now 2+ years old) to Daycare 2.0 to continue his structured schedule, and also b/c my husband and I both work outside of the home, so we want Onyx to be around other dogs and friends during the day while we are at work. This review is based on the way their reservation system is set up. Even though we are a 2+ year loyal client of Found, we get kicked out of having a Daycare 2.0 spot if they are booked for boardings. This has happened multiple times now, and I don't receive an email notification of when we are waitlisted for a regular recurring spot. I'm not the one running their business, so I guess their system works for them, but as a longtime client of Found, it just seems odd to me that on any given day, my dog can't attend daycare if they are booked up for boardings. Clearly they prioritize boardings, but then why not have two separate programs so that they don't conflict with each other?

We enrolled our puppy in the Puppy Imprinting program, getting paired with Melanie at Found. We saw immediate improvements in our puppy’s potty training, crate training, loose leash walking, and basic obedience. His transition back home has been very smooth and he’s continued his progress. Melanie was very easy to communicate with, was flexible with her schedule, and was timely with uploading weekly training videos. Her effort, time, and care made a huge difference and we’d recommend her for other puppy/dog parents.
