Kim and Phillip are amazing with the dogs they train. I took my dog Apollo to them as I didn’t have the time to train him properly. They took him in as a member of their family caring for him with love. Being trained in a home environment allowed Apollo to not only learn the normal commands but boundaries in a home. Apollo was trained daily for an hour, had playtime with the other dogs and cats and his own crate to return to when tired. He learned how to socialize with family, strangers and animals. Kim and Phillip also take the dogs on outings to public places, stores and restaurants to ensure the dog’s ability to handle most any situation. The dogs also are exposed to children which further helps them to socialize safely. Kim sent photos of Apollo regularly and weekly recorded training sessions along with detailed written instructions. I received individual training sessions weekly so I could learn what Apollo was learning. It also gave me time to see and play with Apollo. Those sessions helped tremendously and I never felt rushed. rushed. Kim always asked if I had questions or needed any help. Kim and Phillip bathe the dogs weekly, check for worms, fleas and ticks and pick up all the poop immediately from their yard. They provide comfy bedding, blanket and crate toys for each dog. Apollo was with Kim and Phillip for 4 weeks. We met at a local deli for lunch and our final training. I live in a very dog friendly community and can now take Apollo with me, confident he will behave. There were parting tears as they fell in love with Apollo and would miss him. They sent his blanket, training treats, new toys, and evening snack home with him. Apollo is doing great readjusting to home. I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend or take another dog for their training. You can’t put a price on a service like Kim and Phillip provide. It was more than worth the cost. Kim and Phillip are passionate about animals and relationships with the pet parent. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for the loving care they provided to Apollo.
