At For Paws, we use a variety of positive reinforcement techniques and methods while watching or training your pet. We work with your dog’s natural instincts to encourage desired behaviors and promote a stronger bond with you and your family. We have found that positive reward-based training produces the best results. Your pet should never fear you or us when being watched or trained. Our trainers have learned to be creative and versatile using the best techniques and tools to create a positive learning environment to motivate both the dogs and their owner/handler.

I have been extremely pleased with the training and information I have received for my 2 dogs at For Paws Training. I have tried other training programs before with my dogs with limited success, mostly because I was not completely comfortable with the training philosophies and methods. Jim Devenny at For Paws using positive reinforcement methods. My dogs' ages are 7 yrs and 9 yrs and are now doing much better than before. I love the flexible schedule and the ability to attend multiple classes for purchased package. The classes are fun, informative, and rewarding.
