I booked a consultation online with Foothills K9 Training and received an email confirming that my appointment was accepted, along with another reminder email the day before. Based on that, I left work early to make sure I was there on time. When I called to check in, the person I spoke to said he recognized my last name, but didn’t have me down for any appointment. He told me the website hadn’t been updated and the form shouldn’t be active anymore. That was frustrating and confusing, especially since he acknowledged recognizing my name. He did offer to reschedule, but I declined because I had already left work and took sick time, but didn’t feel confident in rebooking. I was truly looking forward to working with them, but this experience felt disappointing. I hope they fix their booking process and improve communication with potential clients in the future.
