FirstBarkEric and his team are excellent trainers. In a short amount of time they were able to help my puppy socialize with other dogs and provided me with training techniques that I needed to continue training at home.

Follow the Leader K9 offers dog training for dogs of all breeds and temperaments. We specialize in creating a unique training approach for every dog and owner that we work with. In addition to individual training sessions, we offer day and overnight training programs, all on our half acre training facility. We have two mottos: “If we love them, lead them", and, "We don't blame them, we train them".

This overnight training camp will give your dog 24 hrs of complete immersion from Monday through Friday. Every day they will take part in our day training camp, and every night they will be sleeping in the home of our master trainer. An end of week "go home session" is included. Your dog will come to learn and play with us from 8:30AM-5:30PM Monday through Friday. Every day they will be learning from our Master Trainer and his amazing mentor dogs. We brought our jumbo pittie to follow the k9 leader as we had a baby on the way, and since we were unsure of his past (untrained rescue) we figured some formal training was in order. We worked primarily with Eric and Katia, and it is clear they know their craft very well and take it extremely seriously. We got near instantaneous results (getting into the car on his own was a game changer) and it was clear that Bubba enjoyed his time there each day. Our sweet dog is now a well trained sweet dog. You can expect some positive results if you take your dog to follow the k9 leader.
Eric, Katia, and the team have been a pleasure to work with. I brought my dog Roxy in for training and socialization after adopting her from the shelter. They donated time to us and helped work closely with me to find habits and tools that will work for us. Both Roxy and I (mainly me) have learned so much. Check them out!
Eric & his team are absolutely fantastic. They are knowledgeable, patient, flexible and really care about helping. We're so grateful for all they've done to work with our energetic puppy. We will definitely continue to use them in the future for day care and to touch up on our dog's skills.

Our second dog, Bodo, was found as a stray so we didn’t have a lot of information about him going into our new life together. He was wild, it say the least! Follow the Leader K9 was incredible to work with. After 4 day-training sessions, Bodo was a transformed pup. I did a one-on-one session midway through his training and it was fantastic to watch how much he WANTED to work/train when given the right cues and commands. It is easy to see that the staff truly love the dogs they work with. I am so grateful that I used their training services!
