Focused K9 LLC

I have an 18 month old lab who was extremely reactive to other dogs, making taking him on walks difficult, to say the least. I hasten to add that I had him in puppy and obedience classes since he was 4 mos, but his reactivity just worsened over time. He would jump and pull, clearly nervous and unable to settle down. About 9 mos ago he reacted suddenly sending me tumbling to the ground resulting in me having a fx rib, pneumothorax and mild concussion. Clearly I needed an expert’s help to assist both my dog and me to be able to walk comfortably. That help came in the form of Drew Rupp. Within a few sessions my dog was walking easily on leash and we now enjoy daily walks of more than 3 miles. Drew is great to work with and my dog loves him. Truly the best decision for a trainer!

Our dog was crazy, over reactive and showing aggression. She was impossible to walk. She dragged you all over and if you saw people or other animals you literally had to wrap her leash around a tree until they passed while she barked and lunged. We read books and watched videos. Everything failed. We were petrified picking a trainer until we met Drew at Focused KP9 LLC. Our dog went to the one month training and I cant even explain that the Gremlin he started with returned as the perfect hiking buddy. Drew and our dog formed a bond like I never expected.
