My husband initially reached out to Rick for information on our new family puppy. I spoke with him myself over the phone and he was very knowledgeable, professional, honest and open to all of our questions prior to us even meeting in person. We then talked as a family and decided in our best interest to give him a shot on hiring him for his professional guidance on puppy molding and it was the best decision we could have done. We had a very undisciplined German shepherd puppy that we tried all the “training” tools we knew from training our first German shepherd and then some but nothing helped. We contacted Rick and he helped us understand better how to work with our dog to get the results we wanted. Rick truly cares about getting the results you need from your dog. Most trainers make promises they can't keep. They get in, get the money and move on.
