Florida West Coast Air Dogs

We cannot thank Florida West Coast Air Dogs enough for giving Edith the BEST day learning dock diving and Fast CAT! Edith is a high-energy, athletic girl who struggles with shelter life. Spending 23 hours a day in a kennel is no life for a dog built to run, work, and bond with her people. But thanks to Florida West Coast Air Dogs hosting her completely free because she’s a shelter dog, she finally got to do exactly what she was made for. She was truly glowing — confident, engaged, and happier than we’ve ever seen her. Watching her light up while learning, running, and working was incredible. Experiences like this don’t just give dogs exercise — they give them purpose. We are so grateful to Florida West Coast Air Dogs for their generosity, compassion, and commitment to helping dogs like Edith shine. The owner operator is very nice and accommodating. They are a cash only business, I didn’t know that and I wasn’t prepared. He allowed me to pay him for my first visit on my next visit, very helpful. The facility is hard to find, it’s not labeled and you have to go through several gates. It’s best to call first. They have a large property for the dogs and the water was crystal clear blue. The dogs love it!

We started taking our border collies about a month back and we absolutely love it. The owner and operator is amazing with animals and all around fun to be around. Our dogs loved him from the moment we got there. The property is also very open and a great way to work on recall with a long lead. We’ve also got to know some of the other dog owners and everyone is very friendly and respectful. It’s a great way to get your pup into something new and exciting.
