Chris is down right incredible and awesome when it comes to training canines and owners. He is highly knowledgeable and very experienced. I started with Chris with my highly energetic driven, strong headed 5mo old Giant Schnauzer. He has been working with me and my dog and totally amazed of how the behavior has changed tremendously but we continue the hard work and try not to get complacent. My GS is 3 years old now and with being consistent with Chris's instructions we will make continued positive progress. My GS has calmed down a lot and enjoys continuous instructions. This is an ongoing process and hard work. Chris's encouragement is ongoing and incredible. I can't say enough great things about this trainer. It's amazing to watch him train all kinds of breeds. It's truly mind blowing. Come and see Chris at work and you too will be amazed. Thank you Chris and I look forward to keep working with you.

I can’t say enough great things about Chris and his incredible dog training skills. From the very beginning, he showed a level of patience, professionalism, and genuine care that made a huge impact—not just on my dog, Roadking, but on me as well. Chris didn’t just train my dog—he taught me how to be a better handler, communicator, and leader for Roadking. His methods are clear, effective, and always focused on building a strong, respectful bond between dog and owner. If you’re looking for a trainer who truly cares and knows what they’re doing, look no further. Chris is the real deal. I’m beyond grateful for everything he’s done for both of us!

Attended a demonstration at Encore at Tradition yesterday. It was marvelous fun watching Chris, the other handlers and their dogs. Excellent training in every aspect, from behavior modification, obedience, personal protection, even to tricks, was apparent. All done with voice and body language. Highly recommend checking into this training facility before hiring a “wanna be.” There’s too many out there in abundance.

Update: have now been threatened by Chris after posting our experience and was told “I will allow until Monday for you to remove the defamation of character and slander of my name.” DO NOT GO TO CHRIS. We paid $5,500 (including a $1,000 non-refundable fee) via Zelle to Chris for an intermediate dog training program, and it’s been a complete nightmare. He has ghosted us for months, most recently since February 2025 and as well as November 2024 to January after I reached out again after being told he would call us. We found the training to be completely fear-based. He literally told us to “correct our dog so hard he doesnt want to do it again.” We were even told not to bring our dog and to practice with an imaginary leash since we “weren’t ready to handle the leash.” The program is totally unstructured, no written materials, no clear plan, no set days and times. Instead, we were told to record entire training sessions on video and rewatch the 40min video of the entire class for homework. Chris was beyond rude, belittling, and unprofessional throughout the experience. I have never been spoked to the way he spoke to my husband and I (he told me my voice was too high to train our dog). We feel we have been completely scammed and want to warn other dog owners before they go through the same thing. Sending someone nearly $6,000 and having them ghost you without so much as a text in return is beyond unprofessional—it feels criminal. Please save yourself the time, money, and stress. We would have been better throwing our money in the trash than giving it to Chris since that is essentially what we did.

We met Chris today when going to simply get our dog groomed at the facility. No sooner did we walk in the door, he is picking apart every behavior our dog was exhibiting. When we told him we’ve already had him trained, he told us that our trainer had no clue what they were doing and again was criticizing everything about him - when we were simply only at the facility to get him groomed and cleaned. Unfortunately, this put a bad taste in our mouth about the facility when the women grooming were exceptionally kind, but he was bombarding us about everything wrong with our dog. If he was trying to obtain a training client, this arrogant and ‘down your throat’ way of criticizing and speaking to us was not the way to to it. If he carried himself more humbly, we may return to the facility but unfortunately will not be.
