Flash Dog Training

Our French bulldog “Archie” had high anxiety with some aggressive resource guarding. We had tried several alternative training options but in the end it was Flash Dog that put Archie and my wife and I on a path to the best relationship and outcome we could have imagined. I highly recommend flash dog training!!! Having an off leash dog was something I did not think would have been possible for a French bulldog BUT our recent adoption and flash dog graduate “Bleaux” has proven that we now have two off leash frenchies and they and we could not be HAPPIER.

We placed both Archana and Bleaux into Flash Dog Training. Under Ali’s training, we now now longer get bit by Archana and have more control over her. She was the first to go through the training. After we got Bleaux we had her go to FD training both so that we can guide or dogs the same way but also because Bleaux came with a lot of anxiety. We are so grateful to have found Flash Dog Training and recommend their program for any dog in need of assistance with behavioral problems.

Ali and her team made the new puppy phase enjoyable for our family; what a change from the normal experience of potty training and obedience chaos! When we got our Heleer pup we wanted to make sure she got off on the right foot and taking her to the two week puppy training day camp gave her (and us!) all the skills we needed to actually enjoy the “new puppy” phase without all the stress. We would highly recommend Flash’s new puppy course for that all important “impressionable” phase, it has set our girl up for a confident and happy life. Thanks Ali and Flash!

Tater is still a little crazy, but is much more reserved around people coming into my brother’s house. You can tell she is anxious and excited, but knows not to immediately run up to people and jump on them. There is a time and place to play, but its not right when I come in the door… I was a skeptic of board and train programs, but Flash really worked! I would definitely recommend more anxious dogs to Flash! I also have a cat who is very afraid of other animals, and now when I watch tater at my house, Tater knows not to disturb the cat. Its not perfect, but so much better than it used to be

This is important because of the weather affecting the high plains and midwest. It's not easy to leave in such a situation. However, with a trip planned to London, my son and daughter-in-law sent their dog Tater to Flash, as they have done previously, because they knew she would be well cared for, and for her more specific issues, e.g., she was resource guarding with other dogs and had a lot of anxious tendencies. They have said that Flash gives them confidence that Flash provides the tools to pull Tater out of the “resourcing” mindset and made her incredibly obedient. It’s clear that Flash took the time to understand Tater’s behaviors and the type of training she’d respond to best vs. a one-size-fits all approach as is common with other trainers. I’m so grateful for Ali and all the other trainers at Flash who continue to look after Tater when my son and his wife are out of town, giving her the opportunity to brush up on her skills and also be taken care of by people who know her incredibly well!
