Roxy is just an amazing person! A real 'dog whisperer'! She made our dogs so much more pleasant to live with. She's so kind. It was a pleasure to have her in our home. The dogs anticipated her visits and I've never seen their tails wag so much as when she was here. She only uses positive reinforcement...no shock collars or punishments. She sent us videos of the training on days that we weren't here. And she came with Halloween treat bags! They just loved that! I've had a 'shock' trainer for another dog and the difference is like night and day. I can't say enough super things about Roxy! And she comes with lifetime email/phone support! I would recommend her to everyone who wants effective training in a gentle environment. We just loved her!

Roxy has been a blessing to our family as our young family of 5 added a miniature goldendoodle puppy to our household!! We hired Roxy for several weeks to train our pup when he was 3-4 months old to get him started on some training. She has taught him some great skills, worked amazingly with our kids on helping them learn how to help train our puppy, and is a wonderful resource for our family!!!!
