First visit was very helpful - even the conversation over the phone to set up the first visit was helpful. Roxy gives great advise and reinforces with handouts which is very important because we covered a lot and remembering can be an issue. She assures me that she will answer any questions in person, over the phone or by mail whenever I need her. She was very kind to Jess and never raises her voice. Both, Jesse and I, were impressed. Very thankful that I found her. DP

Karen is an incredible communicator with my puppy. She is so knowledgeable and everything she has told me (shown me) has proven true. After only one session with her I have been able to get results way beyond my expectations. I am very anxious for another session with her. Her methods work!
