FirstBarkMy Shepherd/Malinois was a handful, almost uncontrollable. I have cats and 2 other dogs. I sent him to camp for 3 weeks and he came back a different dog. He doesn't chase the cats, he's alot better with the other dogs and he's just a great dog now. I would highly recommend FDF. My only regret is not doing it sooner.

Reasonable price, great people and my dog enjoyed herself. They take large breeds and have lots of space for the dogs to run.

After trouble boarding our dog, Oliver, at other places, we decided to look into training to aid with his separation anxiety at FDF. Ollie's anxiety was making it difficult for us to travel and becoming a problem to even leave for dinner without some type of mess to greet us when we returned home. He also had a bad habit of jumping at the door, pulling on walks, & becoming overexcited in general. From the first phone call, I knew Joe & his team would be the best option for this. He is caring, knowledgeable, and accessible. We had our own anxiety about leaving our dog for 3 weeks, but it was the best thing we could have done, especially for him. He is a different dog, with manners, and must feel so much relief without all of the extra anxiousness he was feeling. Joe spent a ton of time with us when he brought Ollie home so that we knew how to work with him. You could tell Ollie loved him and was sad to see him go. FDF is top notch and so worth it for the health & well being of our dog (& us). I'm proud to say Ollie graduated and has been welcomed back for boarding... which we've already scheduled for a couple of upcoming trips. I highly recommend FDF, Joe & Ryan - the whole family. So grateful for their expertise!
Only place I will ever board my furbaby Hammy. I never have to worry about him when we go away cause I know Joe and Allie treat him just like one of their own.
