December 19, 2017 - Issue has been resolved amicably. My wife & I paid $125.00 for a 7 week class. Traci Laursen cancelled all classes except for three. We have been trying to get a refund but she has ignored a certified letter we sent to her, along with several letters from the Better Business Bureau. We will continue pressing for our refund.
Great experience. She really knows her stuff.
We are so excited to have a facility in East Mountains that offers such a wide variety of possibilities. Even better the atmosphere is non judgemental which makes it a great place to bring my Salukis
