Pamela is an amazing and excellent dog behaviorist and trainer. She has the knowledge, experience and patience to work through even the toughest training and behavior issues. She also takes the time to really understand your situation and your dog and develops a plan based on that. We considered ourselves fairly experienced dog owners, but when we added a lively yellow Labrador puppy to our family, our lives were turned upside down! We had every issue in the book. We had already been through two trainers with disastrous results when I called Pamela searching for help with what seemed like impossible problems. We started with private lessons. Her direct, firm but loving style was just what I (and our puppy) needed. She gave me the tools to start working on problems immediately and empowered me to get control of the situation. Her training and plans are straight-forward, traditional, and most importantly, humane and kind to the dog. The results were immediate! We even joined her AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy class. She has supported us all along the way and is always available and responsive. If you put your trust in Pamela, whole-heartedly listen to her guidance and put the effort and time in, the sky is the limit.
