Fantastic Fido's

I would not recommend this place. I boarded my dog for a week in December, and the experience started off poorly. When I arrived to drop her off (with a flight to catch), the office was closed and no one answered the phone. After several minutes of knocking and calling, a staff member finally came out, which caused unnecessary stress and delay. During her stay, I received daily report cards stating my dog ate 100% of her meals every day. This didn’t seem accurate, as my dog has never been away from me and typically wouldn’t eat normally due to anxiety. When I picked her up, she looked noticeably underweight. After getting home and taking a closer look, it was clear she had lost a concerning amount of weight—others noticed it too. Despite this, I was told she had run out of food and was charged nearly $40 for additional feeding. Overall, I spent around $600, and based on my experience, I do not feel my dog was properly cared for. The report cards were misleading, and the extra charges didn’t match the condition my dog was in. I would not trust them with my pet again. Although this was 3 months ago. With my father having to under go a heart surgery, a dilemma with a house remodel and a few other highly stressful situations. This unfortunately did get pushed under the rug for a bit. And although the owner says my drop off time was different, no one told me the business would be closed during those hours. So of course I assumed it would be no big deal as most business are regularly ran from 9-5pm. Although my dog “ran out of food” and I agreed for the extra dog food to be provided. It makes no sense why my dog still looked unhealthy and under weight. My dog should have looked like her regular weight. And not underweight, again.
