Since 2008, Family First K9 has been helping families achieve their goals with their dogs. Using positive and fun training methods, we offer a variety of services including puppy class, basic/advanced obedience training, board and train programs, protection sports, scent work and professional detection/tracking dogs.
With the need for security increasing, we are proud to offer detection dog services for schools to increase overall safety for both students and administrators. Our dogs are trained to detect contraband that range from firearms to narcotics including fentanyl. Our services are flexible, affordable and will allow you to bring peace of mind to your students, parents and staff.

Do they do task training ? For anxiety or PTSD?
I'm not 100% on this, but seeing as they do service dogs of all types I would have to say yes. I'll find out for you though.
We offer multiple ways to train. Classes start with the puppy classes that cover socialization and obedience and progress to basic and advance class. We also offer scentwork classes. Our working dog club meets on saturdays and we have private lessons and 30 day board and trains. More information can be found on our facebook page.

So glad we found Family First K9! Jeremy started working with my GSD at 4mo old with 30 day Board and Train and we’ve continued to train with them and also boarding. Tobias likes to go stay and Jeremy is great to help find what your dog likes to do and train YOU and your dog with whatever you would like to do together!!

I cannot believe the dog I picked up was even the same dog! He is 10000000% a better dog and actually listens and knows his commands! I would suggest Family First K9 to anyone. I would drive 1000 miles to take my dog to them! I can literally not thank them enough for everything they have done to help me and my family!

Jeremy did a great job with our standard poodle! We did the board and train program, and our dog has immediately shown a world of improvement in his listening, leash skills, and commands. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome results! My dog Scout had major problems following commands and became easily distracted prior to training. He spent 30 days with Jeremy and has came home a much more well mannered guy! So pleased with the results!
