Faithfully Yours Dog Training

I took AKC Fit Dog Level 1, 2 and 3 virtually with Lauren Tsao of Faithfully Yours Dog Training. I had never taken a virtual course before and did not know what to expect. These courses are fantastic! Lauren had excellent videos and written training material that explained all the exercises completely. The live classes are great for finessing any of the skills required as Lauren goes through each exercise skill step by step in real time. My dog and I learned a lot of new skills. I would highly recommend these courses with Lauren to anyone with either a younger or more mature dog.

Our pet is 8 years old and we have worked with Lauren numerous times over those years. It is always a positive and enriching experience for our dog and ourselves Most recently we reached out because our dog was reacting aggressively to a new dog in our household. It was a very stressful environment. Lauren first wanted to assess Coco’s physical health. We were skeptical because we didn’t see the signs of hip pain. While the task of videoing and photographing Coco in various situations seemed arduous at first, it actually turned out to be a fun exercise for us to do together. Much to our surprise and dismay Lauren carefully examined and clearly could point out all the areas of concern that were evident upon close examination of the videos and photos sent. The combined video clips clearly labeled for the veterinarian saved an incredible amount of time and lead to an accurate assessment of Coco’s hip issues. This assessment made possible for us to identify a problem earlier before she began limping and further damaging the leg and hip requiring serious surgery and pain. Today Coco has reduced inflammation and increases muscle size on the already atrophying leg. We are so thankful that Lauren gave us the advice and guidance to accurately deal with the underlying cause of Coco’s problem. Lauren is truly a gifted and knowledgeable dog trainer, a real ‘dog whisperer’. Her professional and compassionate approach can always be trusted to be kind and loving building a strong bond with your dog.

We are so thankful we found Lauren! We had been struggling with our dog’s aggressive outbursts towards the other dogs in our home. With Lauren’s extremely thorough posture and gait analysis, she was able to identify abnormalities that pointed our veterinarian in the right direction. Our girl has significant hip dysplasia and has likely been in pain for some time. While we still have a journey ahead of us with her treatment and heavy management with her and the other dogs, Lauren has made it very clear that we can rely on her to be a part of our team.
