Fairy Tail K9

I brought my rescue dog Quinn to Fairytale K9 for the six-week day training program to work on some pretty intense reactivity to cars, people, and other dogs. Before training, I felt completely invisible to her whenever we were outside, and taking her on a walk was very stressful and was becoming borderline dangerous. Now, I can take her on neighborhood walks, get her in and out of the car safely, and I’ve even been able to bring her to a few cafés for breakfast! One of the things that drew me to Fairytail K9 was how experienced Tarin is with so many different types of dogs. From the beginning she really took the time to understand Quinn’s unique personality and tailored her training approach to what Quinn would respond to best. It never felt like a one-size-fits-all program. Throughout the entire process, Tarin and her team worked closely with me to make sure the training was effective both at the facility and at home. She regularly asked what was working for us, what challenges we were still facing, and what areas I wanted Quinn to continue improving. Because of that collaboration, I truly feel like we got everything we possibly could out of the program. I noticed positive changes in Quinn after just one week, and by the end of the six weeks, the improvement in her behavior, focus, and confidence was incredible. More than anything, Tarin helped bring out Quinn’s personality. Instead of constantly feeling overwhelmed by her reactivity, I now get to enjoy my time with her out in the real world. I’ll absolutely be bringing Quinn back for boarding and the occasional daycare visit. I can’t thank Tarin and her team enough for everything she’s done for both Quinn and I!

Our German Shepherd has been a regular daycare, boarding, and grooming client for over a year. She LOVES her time at Fairy Tail K9, and I feel confident that she is safe and cared for while I am at work.  Thankfully, the regular de-shedding and grooming fantastically keeps things tidy at home.  Tarin is an amazing resource for all things dogs and she works with all types and temperaments to ensure everyone (dogs and owners) leave at the end of the day happier than ever.  I cannot recommend her and Fairy Tail K9 enough.
