Eric Young's K9 Behavior Solutions

I can't say enough good about Eric's training! Cleo was getting out of control! She would jump on people, wouldn't listen, and behaved horribly on a leash. She was fast on the track to becoming aggressive. My son was even scared of her. We suspect she had been abused as she was scared of men and would pee and shake at the sight of men. Eric worked with her and now she listens, doesn't jump on people, walks on a leash well, and no longer acts that way around men. She is the sweetest, most loving dog. She has calmed down so much and now works as therapy dog with me in my counseling practice. Some of her favorite clients of mine are men! Eric was great to work with my son as well to help him work through his fear of Cleo. My son now regularly engages with her and loves her to death!

He is an excellent canine trainer. I reached out to him because I was feeling overwhelmed attempting to train my Lab puppy. He came over, assessed the situation, and yielded results immediately. He was firm in defining & setting boundaries for both myself & my puppy, but he was also fair and evenhanded. He was also easily accessible and quick to respond outside of the agreed upon sessions. I never got the sense that he was clock-watching during our sessions. He would continue each session until both myself & my puppy had a full grasp as to what was being asked. Lastly, he was keenly patient & observant. I felt like he met me where I was at in my pet-training journey and provided encouragement throughout the entire process.

Eric was a lifesaver for us!!! We were desperate and on the verge of rehoming and he came in and completely changed our lives. We were moving in a week to a new state and we only got a few sessions but what we gained from those made it possible to get our pups under control. We had no idea how much we were contributing to the problem behaviors more so than our dogs. He was kind and understanding and had no judgment and he also helped us become accountable. We had 2 strong willed and wild dogs and now we are all finally getting to a place where we can all understand each other. We are enjoying the little things and the big things so much more. Our dogs made progress within the first hour he was over. I really didn't think it was possible but wow was I wrong. I learned so much about literally everything and learned how much everything is interconnected when addressing the dogs behaviors and our own. Don't hesitate, you will not regret it!
