FirstBarkEric is a lifesaver! Our dog was becoming hard to handle on walks, and after a few sessions with Eric our dog was able to heel and we are more confident in our walks now with all the great instructions Eric has given us. I’d highly recommend Eric to anyone looking for a dog trainer.

Training with Eric was a game changer for us! We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their relationship with their dog. He is very knowledgeable, reliable and great to work with. Our story- We were really struggling with our adolescent rescue pup, Kona. We tried group classes, anxiety medication, and online game-based training, but we couldn’t gain control of her barking, anxiety behaviors and leash reactivity. Walks were becoming very stressful for all of us, and we were losing hope of having the kind of dog we could take on long walks and fun outdoor adventures. Enter Eric. He took the time to get to know us and have our shy pup get comfortable with him before diving into the training. After just a few sessions, we had a new way to communicate with Kona and stop the progression of her unwanted behaviors. At the end of 2 weeks, we were able to start enjoying our walks and start taking her on outdoor adventures again. She is also off the meds! We are so thankful that Eric was recommended to us and we will continue to recommend him to our friends and neighbors!
