Gracie has become much better trained and we are very happy with the overall results. I feel like it is important to stress that there is going to be much more training needed and follow up and the group classes are essential. The group classes we have attended so far have been excellent and have really helped us continue her training. The Epic Training Academy definitely gave us the tools and training both we and our dog needed to make Gracie great dog. She has continued to get better daily and would highly recommend their process and their team. With that being said, we would like to recommend some things we feel would be helpful. There seemed to be a breakdown in some communication regarding the issues we were having with our dog. For example, we were asked three different times what her issues and our expectations were, so the information did not seem to be shared. We also feel like it would be very helpful to have met her main trainer upon intake. I wish we could have given them a 4 1/2 star rating, but that was not an option.

Epic Dog Academy is the best place to bring your dog for grooming, daycare, and boarding. I have yet to try their dog training, but it is definitely on the radar. My work hours vary, but they are able to accommodate, which I appreciate. Sabrina and Christie always brightens my day as they are always so friendly and helpful whenever I need to make reservations or make changes. They are always so welcoming and help you feel at ease, especially since many dog parents are weary when leaving their doggies at new places. All of the staff are friendly and I am glad I started coming there for their services.

I wasn't able to afford the training but I spoke with Christy and told her my financial situation, who was so helpful and didn't try to push their services on me. She suggested a cost effective solution to training and recommended day care to socialize my puppy until I could afford training. This helped immensely with potty training and crate training! I will definitely be reaching back out to Epic Dog Academy for training in the future! Thanks Christy!

I am so appreciative of Epic Dog Academy and the staff! They are all so friendly and great with both of my dogs! They made me feel very comfortable and kept constant communication. I can definitely see an immediate change in my dogs’ behavior
