Hi Jason. Your dog did not get the full 30 day stay because your wife chose to get a pro rated refund because I was in the hospital in labor (unexpectedly. 10 weeks early.) I asked her to allow me to complete Winnie’s training and she refused citing her “annoyance” she had to find someone to board Winnie while she was texting me during my labor and I was worrying for my daughters and my own life. I refunded her the three week cost as Winnie was only with me for a week. She then tried to gain an e collar from me that her dog nor her were trained on. I again, offered and asked several times for her to allow me to complete Winnie’s training as I was home at that point. Your wife refused. She has continued to harass me for more money when I have refunded everything I could. I do have screenshots of the conversation. Never have I spoke with someone who is so lacking in compassion and overflowing with greed. I did have someone post on my behalf that I was on maternity leave (while I was in labor so that no one would be frustrated if there was not a quick reply to a call/ text or email). I also recently posted I’m temporarily out of maternity leave and accepting limited clients while awaiting my daughter to be discharged from the NICU. You may notice that you are the only negative review I’ve ever had, because I have always fulfilled my contracts with my clients. Winnie wasn’t the only dog sent home early, but you were the only family who chose to decline the continuation of training, demand a refund, demand a $200+ e collar for free, demand in home training when the program wasn’t completed (again by your wife’s wishes), and then again demand more money. The only potential clients I suspect you will be warning away are clients such as yourself, and I’ll happily never deal with anyone like your wife again. If anyone has any concerns with how I do business I will gladly show them the screenshots of the conversations we had as well as the refund status.
