Thank you for taking the time to share this update and for allowing us the opportunity to clarify. We want to be very clear that all active-duty military, veterans, and law enforcement receive 10% off all services with us, including doggie daycare (both a la carte and subscription), training programs, and boarding. There was some confusion during the past few months when other discounts and pricing structures were adjusted, but these discounts were not affected. We sincerely apologize for any confusion this caused. Honoring our first responders and veterans is extremely important to us, and we will always continue to do so. We also appreciate you acknowledging our commitment to giving back by adopting qualified dogs from shelters, training them, and donating them to veterans whenever possible.
