End of Leash ®

As much as Jim and I loved Ace, our 18 month old lab mix, we were struggling with the decision whether to keep Ace or find him a new home. Ace was a real handful and we were overwhelmed. We can not express enough the high regard we have for Rick and his teaching abilities: not only for dogs, but for their owners as well! Rick's ability to explain and demonstrate training methods in easy to understand terms was invaluable to our training. Rick always had time to answer our questions and help with solutions. Ace's transformation is amazing. About a week ago I was walking Ace in our neighborhood, something I was unable to do before training with Rick. As we were walking one of our neighbors remarked how beautiful Ace was and asked if he could pet him. I was a little hesitant. Ace was pulling a little on his leash. I said no twice and then sit, Ace. Ace immediately sat on the sidewalk. He sat there for about 10 to 15 minutes while I spoke with our neighbor. The neighbor said what a "well behaved dog." I have never felt so proud of Ace and amazed at the same time. We will keep working on what we were taught. Ace, Jim and I are much happier now and on the road to success. Jim and I highly recommend Rick's services to any dog owner.

Working with Rick was fabulous! Our dog Goose is a one year old Aussie-Rottie. He is playful and good natured, but also very strong and full of energy. Rick taught us how to establish rules of behavior for Goose that have created a much more enjoyable experience for Goose and for us. I am amazed at the progress we made together in a relatively short time. I now look forward to taking Goose on walks around the neighborhood and to parks instead of dreading it. Thanks Rick!
