Alan was unbelievable. He is so patient and kind to the dogs. He is truly passionate about his work. He checks in daily, telling you all about what they worked on. He is so calm and even-tempered and the dogs react so positively. Yeah, he’s a great trainer. You will get the results you want along with tons of coaching on how to keep the work going. A lot of people can do that. He does it gently by eliciting different behavior instead of punishing for bad behavior. You absolutely will not regret using his services.

Alan did such a great job with our dog during the 2 weeks board and train. I can’t say enough good things about Alan or the Sit means Sit brand. This was our second dog to attend the training and we will continue to send any future dogs to this training.

Akan with Sit Means Sit Midsouth worked wonders with our toy Australian Shepherd, Cowboy. He and his wife are wonderful, caring, and compassionate people. I would without hesitation recommend them if your dog is in need of training.

I have delt with other trainers before and none of them compare to Alan, even after we got our dog back still connecting with us making sure he is good and is taking to the training and advising on things to try and do with him!
