I did the nine‑week training package with Frozen, and it was from start to finish a great experience. We focused a lot on emotional regulation, and I can really see the difference in my pup — like actual, noticeable changes. One thing that really clicked for me was the reward‑based, positive‑reinforcement approach. It just made everything feel calmer, clearer, and way more aligned with how I want to show up as a dog owner. I trusted Frozen pretty much immediately because of that — the whole vibe was supportive instead of corrective, and it made the training feel like something my pup and I were doing together instead of me trying to “fix” him. Every week built on the last, nothing felt outdated or harsh at all, and I actually feel confident continuing on my own now. My pup is thriving, and the whole experience just felt modern, thoughtful, and genuinely effective. :)

Frozen is, without a doubt, the best trainer we have ever worked with. It's a rare combination to find someone who is an excellent trainer of the dog AND the dog parents - Frozen is a fantastic teacher and their lessons stick with us. Our dog, Loki, continues to improve day by day with the toolbox that Frozen gave us - we know exactly what to bring out in each situation because they've connected all of the dots for us. We are so lucky to have found Frozen and can't wait to enroll Loki in their group classes.

Frozen is absolutely amazing! We did an 8 class package and accomplished so much in those 8 sessions. When I first contacted Frozen, my dog Winnie and I were having a hard time. Winnie was an extreme demand barker and nothing I did seemed to help. Frozen pretty immediately identified the underlying cause of the demand barking and helped us address it. We also worked on reactivity, emergency turns, leave it, and place. Frozen makes the training really accessible for both dog and human - they break everything into very manageable steps and explain the ‘why’ behind everything, so I have a much better understanding of my dog and how I can help her be her best self!
