I really liked Rachael . Came to my house for an orientation went well paid her the fee she requested came back once, then we played phone tag and multiple text . I even offered her a fair out. Just refund me 50% of the initial fee $460. Her text said I promise , please trust me I promise I will follow up and give you the training you paid for. I never heard from her again and I stopped trying to contact her. So for $460 I got orientation and something that resembles a small dog bed

Update Feb 2, 2024: the same day that I wrote the initial review and received the response that Rachel didn't know who I was and that she had never worked with us I received a text from her. She stated she would refund the money later that week and asked if I would take down the review after she did so. I told her I would modify it. The end of the week came and went with no contact from her. She did not respond to texts the next day or calls he following week. I contacted Rachel for help with a Corso that came from a trauma background. She rescheduled just the consult several times while.continually asking for more money. I finally insisted on the consult or a refund and she came out then no showed for next session. I had already paid $250 towards training and she refused to answer then after multiple texts and calls would act like she would return it then nothing. This cycle lasted for over a year. I finally just gave up. No clue how she is with dogs. But as an honest business owner, don't trust her.
