Couldn't recommend EZK9 enough! Truly a life changing experience for our dogs and family. Garrett and his team are so knowledgeable about what they teach and how they shared that with us. We always left their building feeling prepared on how to keep up with everything our dogs learned. 1000/10 recommend! Finding the right people to trust with your dogs isn't always easy but you can fully trust that they will take outstanding care of your babies!

I am so happy with Sunshine’s progress!! We can walk in the park and no craziness anymore. She stays by my side passing other dogs with No reaction. I had her sit and I kept walking, about 25ft. She stayed in place till I released her. I’m a proud Moma. Thank you so much EZ K-9 the training made an amazing transformation in Sunshine. We enjoy going on walks now. I highly recommend EZ K-9. Garrett and his team are truly the Best.

We enrolled Avocado (Saint Bernard) and River (Labradoodle) in this Stay & Train program after being transparent during the consultation about our lifestyle, schedule, and concerns, as well as where we hoped to be at the end of the program. We relied on the trainers’ professional expertise and moved forward in good faith. Throughout the process, we followed every recommendation provided. This included continuing training at home, purchasing the e-collar, hiring a professional dog walker as suggested, and requesting in-home assistance when challenges arose, support that is outlined as part of the program. Despite full compliance and significant effort on our end, there was no meaningful or lasting improvement. This lack of progress was also acknowledged by Garrett during one of the follow-up visits. It was only after the Stay & Train program, continued at-home work, follow-up visits, and the use of a dog walker that we were told our household may be better suited for one dog or even no dog at all. This was never mentioned during consultation or onboarding and should have been identified before accepting payment, not after the program had concluded. Additionally, we were later told that accommodating Avocado required extra measures, including constructing a larger kennel (which allegedly has not been used since him), hiring additional staff, and grooming. None of these requirements were disclosed upfront or outlined in the agreement as conditions necessary for participation. This raised serious concerns that Avocado may have fallen outside the standard scope of the program, information that would have directly impacted our decision to move forward had it been shared in advance. Ultimately, the lack of progress and professional feedback we received led us to make the extremely difficult decision to rehome Avocado. This was not a decision taken lightly and was made in his best interest after it became clear the outcome did not align with what was represented or reasonably expected. This was a significant financial investment, and unfortunately the experience fell short due to misalignment in expectations, fit, and upfront disclosure. While effort was made, the results and communication did not justify the cost.
