Once we charge the battery, now long before it will need to be recharged?
Hi Katherine,
Of course this number will vary by usage, but I usually tell people to expect between 24 and 48 hours between charges. You might also notice that the collar/receiver discharges faster than the remote. This is due to it getting the brunt of the work.

My dog has freedom. E collars were originally used to give deaf dogs off leash freedom. The e collar is a language you teach yur dog it is taught gently. It allows you to communicate with your dog at a distance reliably keeping the dog safe from harm. A safety tool that may save your dog's life one day. The right to choose and allow non professionals to control their dogs and give complete freedom is important for the owner and the dog. We have abuse laws we don't need to ban tools that allow dogs true freedom with owners who are not professional trainers.

We love our ET400 we have trained 5 Malinois with a couple of the remotes they are so good to teach the pups their customer service are great also thanks for being there I believe we are on our second or third in the past 12 years

If i could give this brand more than 5 starts I absolutely would. Extremely high quality products that have made a world of difference for my dog and giving us the ability to make his world so much bigger than before. Their customer service is also stellar and they are such a pleasure to communicate with! Highly recommend!
