FirstBarkI would never do this again. The collar is crap. My dog can be outside sleeping on the chair next to me and he gets shocked by the collar. It randomly just goes off. We have only had the collar for 2 months.

Once we charge the battery, now long before it will need to be recharged?
Hi Katherine, Of course this number will vary by usage, but I usually tell people to expect between 24 and 48 hours between charges. You might also notice that the collar/receiver discharges faster than the remote. This is due to it getting the brunt of the work. Best, Jon @ E-Collar Technologies

We have used this company to purchase e-collars, most recently we had ET-300 with great success with training. We have had our most recent e-collar work well for 3 years. Yesterday (which was a Thursday evening) it got a mind of its own and would randomly shock or vibrate. I ordered a new ET-300mini and paid $58.64 for next day air. I didn’t receive a tracking number by 12 today (Friday) so I called to see where the collar was in the process of shipping. It wasn’t. I was informed (very politely) that I ordered too late for it to be shipped out next day. I then ask for them to change the shipping to just ground. They said no, they couldn’t. It was already through processing (I still don’t have a tracking number so what processing). The young lady I spoke to was pleasant. No complaints there. I’ve honestly only ever had wonderful things to say about this company and their product. I just feel a bit taken advantage of for an extra $58.64 on top of $233.64 for next day and I won’t get it for 4 days. To prevent confusion on future purchases it should clearly state a daily deadline for next day air. It will prevent disappointment and frustration.

I'm from Belgium. I bought the E-Collar model ET400 eight years ago. I'm extremely happy with it. I never take my Doberman out without his collar. The collar has: - helped me train him perfectly. - allowed me to walk him off-leash while maintaining perfect control. - let me follow him in the dark at night when he runs in the fields thanks to the integrated light in the collar, which I can activate remotely. - allowed me to use it continuously for eight years thanks to the impeccable after-sales service from E-Collar Technologies whenever one of the batteries needed replacing. My emails were answered the same day, and the package was shipped the next day. The instruction manual is available in French upon request.
After damaging the necklace due to my mistake of not properly closing the waterproof cap! The company immediately replaced it under warranty without even asking if it was my fault! Five days later, the necklace arrived by mail free of charge. Wow! 🤩 Bravo and thank you to E Coller Technologie! Best company! 👌🤙🙏🎯😇👍
