Once we charge the battery, now long before it will need to be recharged?
Hi Katherine, Of course this number will vary by usage, but I usually tell people to expect between 24 and 48 hours between charges. You might also notice that the collar/receiver discharges faster than the remote. This is due to it getting the brunt of the work. Best, Jon @ E-Collar Technologies

I spoke with Nicole the other day and she was extremely helpful and patient in helping to pair my new transmitter with my existing collars. This company has excellent customer service and my 2 dog system has been a godsend for my two reactive German shepherds! It has helped us to avoid dog fights countless times and provides a sense of security when I take them out in public.
Wow! I have a large dog that howls over and over to every possible sound. It’s too the point you can’t have a conversation. I’m on day 3 and he only wears for 2 hours and not only is it working but he won’t even do it when it’s not on. Thank youuuuuuu!

The Boss collar is easy to use and works fantastic for my Saint Bernard. More importantly my other Saint pulled the collar off him during an off leash walk around the 140 acre property (which I didn’t realize til we were back) and the collar spent 2 months on the ground in the cold, covered in snow & ice. I found it once the snow melted, charged it up and it worked perfectly!!! I was SO relieved. What an amazing quality product.
