Once we charge the battery, now long before it will need to be recharged?
Hi Katherine,
Of course this number will vary by usage, but I usually tell people to expect between 24 and 48 hours between charges. You might also notice that the collar/receiver discharges faster than the remote. This is due to it getting the brunt of the work.

Started having problems with the transmitter about a year and a half after purchase, where I could no longer lock in the stimulation level. The warranty page online wasn't working and the call center wasn't open. Forgot to call after and stopped using that function. At the 3 year mark, the stimulation button no longer works. I am outside the two year warranty, but the sales team offered to send a warranty transmitter replacement anyways. Thank you so much!!

While I do love the e-collar for my dog, I am VERY disappointed in the company. I have the 3rd device in less than 5 years (which is now broken). I should not be spending over $200 for less than 2 years of use. It is a fantastic product but it is very frustrating to spend so much on a product that has not lasted.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The e-collar has made life much better for me AND my dog. (She appreciates the structure it provides.)
