Very good & professional
NOT good for tiny/small breeds. Although the people were nice, it is EXTREMELY expensive and I was told that my puppy could not concentrate or pay attention long enough so basically she could not learn (yorkie pup). Although the people were nice, it is EXTREMELY expensive and I was told that my puppy could not concentrate or pay attention long enough so basically she could not learn (yorkie pup). I wish I was told this before I dished out over $500.00. There is no communication. between trainers, when I would drop off my pup, they would ask me all over again what she needed to learn. I told them you must have a file on her to advice you on her progress??...NO well because they are different people..blah blah...video classes were no reinforced. She is a small pup so if they did not have dogs her size, say no, we can't take her. On a vid a puppy of like 20 lbs is playing with my yorkie puppy of 4 lbs! And in the video you see that pup stepping on mine, no damage, but basically you don't know how to train small, very small breeds.
Great training for your dog.
Front Office was great, but....training not so much. It's more of a boarding place and less of a training place. It depends on what you are looking for.. It was not a good fit for my puppy at all. Make sure to ask how much time your dog will be locked up in a crate and how much time is spent engaging your puppy in active play / training. I won't be back...
